All files must be sent separately in individual files.  All  medical waivers must be sent in one file.

If you submitted all of your documents through Gotsoccer, you may proceed to the 'EXPRESS CHECK-IN' line at registration to have your player passes checked and banded.

If you mailed in all of your documents and there are no changes to your paperwork, you may proceed to the 'EXPRESS CHECK-IN line at registration to have your player passes checked and banded.

ON SITE
Friday, May 14th from 4:00pm-8:00pm
Saturday, May 15th from 7:00am-12:00pm

If you did not submit any paperwork ahead of time, you must bring all of the documents, paperwork, and player cards to the main tent and go through the check-in process.  You must arrive, at least, 1 hour prior to your first game kicking off. 

If you do not arrive enough ahead of time or do not have all of the proper documents and paperwork, you risk your team/players not being able to participate.  PLEASE COME PREPARED!
